Taulia is dedicated to helping connect large companies to their tens of thousands of suppliers. We’ve always provided solutions in a holistic manner, balancing and addressing the needs of both buyers and suppliers.
But recently, we’ve created a brand new organization called Supplier Success, led by our very own Bob Glotfelty. Under the leadership of Bob, the Supplier Success team will focus on treating suppliers—often smaller businesses, the backbone of our global economy—as primary customers.
“Suppliers are our users,” Bob says, “they’re the ones interacting with our product; they’re the ones submitting invoices, taking early payments; and when they have a question, they use our portal to get an answer rather than calling their customer.”
Taulia has always recognized and valued the importance of suppliers, and has continuously helped suppliers successfully use our products to communicate more effectively with their customers. But now, with this additional organization that is 100% committed to supporting suppliers, even more of our focus will be on helping the entire supply chain enjoy their Taulia experience.
“There are things we couldn’t have done in the old structure that we can do now,” Bob explains, “we’re hoping to find new solutions that help our suppliers that we might not otherwise have found.”
And sure enough, in the coming years, through the work of Bob and the Supplier Success team, Taulia will roll out new solutions specifically for suppliers, independent of their customers. Since there are already hundreds of thousands of suppliers on the Taulia network, this is a huge, exciting opportunity for Taulia to even further improve user processes and experiences. As our numbers continue to grow, this new team will work diligently to help successfully service everyone in the financial supply chain.
